"You would think this was Disneyland, with the wait lines at this location. Avoid this location at all costs. The previous reviews are valid, and the frustration from customers continues. The MGMT/hiring department refuses to help these employees, and hire appropriate numbered staff. I experience 4-6 minute wait times, per person, upon every visit. The bank opens at 10 late and closes at 5. Literally, go to any other location."

"I have had a miserable experience with Golden 1. I requested they set up automatic payment plans for my car loan, and they didn't which resulted in my credit being ruined. No one seemed to care or try to help me resolve other than to tell me to send a 'handwritten letter' somewhere but that it's likely there's nothing they can do. I have tried calling back on multiple occasions to confirm the set up of my auto payments but they just put me on hold for 30/ 40 minutes at a time. I find majority of the staff rude and unhelpful. This also has still not been resolved and no one will help. I will be switching banks with all accounts next week."
