"Heard of them through Radradio and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Phone appointments made by shelby that never happened and no explanation as to why. Once we finally got a hold of someone and started the process they screwed up our paper work. They asked for the same papers multiple times from us and our realtor,removed loan contingencies before the bank said they could and didn't tell us for a week, weren't returning phone calls or emails. I finally got a hold of someone named Joe who tried to fix shelbys mistake and was so nice. Unfortunately, it was too late and our realtor suggested looking into a new lender because in all her years she has never heard of such unprofessionalism.
