"I was at home with the lights on to the rooms facing the street and all of the front porch lights on when I received an email that they tried to deliver while I was home and waiting for the package. There was NO ring at my door and NO attempted delivery notice on my door. This is a lie! Nobody ever came to my door or up the driveway. As soon as I received the email about the false delivery attempt, I called FedEx and they would not send the driver to return. I would go pick up the package myself but wait - the package is for my car part so I can't drive there to get it and I have a mobile mechanic scheduled for 10 AM this morning. I will provide an update if they get they deliver package here early enough but until then, I cannot give them a higher rating. I have had problems with there driver before and I am extremely dissatisfied."

"I went to go ship part of my bouquet after my wedding. The worker went above and beyond. She got everything I need to keep the stems wet and helped me repack the box. All the staff were friendly when we first went inside."
