A couple of years went by- the company switched to technology vs key lock. They went overboard to get me through the change. Every time I went to the unit- the facility is so clean and the process so easy to get access. There is ample lighting, carts and staff for any questions."

"One of the safest and cleanest storage places that I have ever seen. The level of care is top-notch— have fresh plug-ins up and down the hallways so it always smells nice. Even the bathroom was always clean and smelling nice. Loved that the main gates locked every night for security. But it was also convenient to control the gates, doors, and even my unit from an app on my phone—no need to purchase a lock. Had a POD dropped off and picked up from the storage facility, in addition to moving trucks showing up when it was time to leave. The area is narrow and trucks will have to back-in through the exit gate but there were no issues and the company was accommodating and helpful to my movers. At one point, I had to transfer from a smaller unit to a larger unit and the paperwork for the transfer was a breeze and I was able to stay on the same floor and row so the whole transition was smooth. Staff was always kind and professional. Thank you!"

"Staff are really nice. Chris is the best. Getting a storage was super easy. No long term commitment. I love the tech savvy security it definitely enhances the experience and makes it feel safe and secure and really easy to access all at the same time. I like the location. Central and close to everything yet tucked away. Prices are good. Facility is clean. I think this is one of the cleanest storage facilities I have ever seen.
