"Worst credit union on the planet. Tried to pay off a debt in payments didn't let me. Lost my job couldn't try to pay it anymore. Moral of the story they will hit your credit for 5 years then send it to collection so they can hit your credit for another 7 years after that. DO NOT BANK HERE! THEY WILL RUIN YOU IF YOU MESS UP ONCE! They will not work with you."

"Been with Front Wave for over 20 years... They have been ok over those years... Went to open a 10 month CD with money in my Savings account... They refused me to transfer my zero interest saving account money to their 5% CD account... They left me no option but to close out my savings account and take that money to wonderful financial advisor that I have in Temecula. ( Duane Johnson ) and get a one year annuity at 5 1/2%... The bank teller at Front Wave was actually very apologetic over the absolutely stupid policy from the higher up morons setting policy...I wish that I could close out my checking account, but I don't want to hassle my automatic deposits and payments..."

"GETSOME!!! Was 5star now 4star..... remodeling did not make up for poor policy decisions! And mis-information.... between customer service and store front.... now a 3 and still the potential to go up or down! Put $ into training representatives and less $ in remodeling.. Temecula branch is Under New Management and taking responsibility for misinformation and for customer service... implementing and overhaul outdated policies and procedures."

"I have been banking with this place long before it became Frontwave. When the name changed so did the whole feeling of the credit union itself. And it changed for the better. The employees are sweet and friendly mostly at this particular location. Loved that if you aren't wearing a mask they come outside and still help you WITHOUT ATTITUDE. At least that was my experience. Now for the negative reviews. Credit Unions are different than banks generally because they're more home town ish, they treat their customers better than a bank does, better rates than a bank......but Frontwave really gouges people on their interest rates and payments and instead of giving you a reduction for paying on time like most places do, they do not. Been paying the SAME HIGH RATE for years!! Even with a perfect payment history, no reducing it. My other credit union is exponentially better with their rates based off my credit score than Frontwave. It would be great if they were more competitive with rates and rewards available. And P.S. Reduce my rate!"
