"In no world would I ever recommend Navy Federal to any soul. When I ask for automatic payments to be set up onto a loan account, you’d expect them to set up automatic recurring payments. Not the case with Navy Federal. I checked my accounts only find out a month later I missed 2 payments because they set an expiration date on my recurring automatic payment I requested. Who does that? Please, if you’re reading this, do not look into Navy Federal. Look elsewhere"
