"As a employee I was sick and walked up to the clinic an was told do you have a apt? No, I was told I didn't need one. Oh, well we don't have any openings til 1 or so. I said screw this and left. If I would have knew I would have made one. You figure ashley would tell the employee's this information. Thanks again Ashley, another let down on NO communication to the drivers."

"They don’t really want to help you here and can’t even tell up from down when they do. I had to repeatedly go in for testing because their staff couldn’t figure out some pains I was having. They kept suggesting things to “try” that didn’t work for half a year. They gave me a prescription that helped short term but my pains are back and they actively refuse to treat me for it again. Last time I went they refunded me my cost for going that day telling me not to come back for a few months despite having active pains again. I don’t know how any medical professional could actively turn away people having issues and asking for help. I suggest going to Mayo. Their staff actually knows what they are doing."

"I am very satisfied with the care I and my family have received at Ashley's Wellness center. My children have gone to see Dr Bennett since they were born. He is very attentive and great with children and babies. He's always willing to listen even though the place is a bit overwhelmed. I have gone in with a sprained ankle and had an xray to confirm nothing was broken. With the xray, crutches, meds and Dr's time it was only $10! That's awesome!!! I don't think anyone could argue about that. There are two things that are keeping it a 4 star versus 5. First, they are very busy! It can be hard to get in. You need to call ahead to make an appointment (usually days in advance) or call immediately upon their opening to snag one of their available times. Second, they are limited on what they can do there and will direct you to a larger hospital if they cannot treat you there (Referring to other review). This is not a bad thing though, because it is the responsible thing to do and most smaller clinics are the same way! To sum it up... 5 stars for cleanliness, cost, care and knowledge, however 1 star dropped because it's so busy and hard to get in. That should be understandable for ALL Ashley employees though, because the company is huge! There are lots of people trying to be seen. If/when you can you can, the positives far outweigh any negatives. I feel lucky to have the clinic as an option."
