"OMF is weird. I was approved for a loan that I didn't receive. I sent in the docs but they keep giving me the runaround and won't talk to me. They're so smart they request documentation, but don't give you an email or fax number to send them to. Very unprofessional...total bait and switch. UPDATE: As of 8/15/2023 I have not received the loan or a reasonable reply despite the lazy first response 4 months ago."
