"Always late. The most expensive "exclusive" service is supposed to be a straight delivery but it's not true. They will take 2.5 hours to drive what should take 40 minutes, so clearly they are not delivering just your delivery, they are batching it with other deliveries. That would be fine at the lower tiers, but not at the "exclusive" level."
