"Worst cab ride of my life. I needed to pickup my car from the repair shop (which was on Mission) and I had to give directions as we went. And when I accidentally left my sunglasses in the cab I called and he kept saying "no understand English". He understood it when I was giving him directions. I will never take Mission Cab again."

"Everytime I call they send me to voicemail. I've called serveral times and they are never available for a ride. Last time I called they had an issue with my service dog (a small breed dog), and were rude. I keep forgetting not to call this company! Luckily "Taxi Hayward" was available to assist me. Anyone but these guys!"
