I was worried about my items getting damaged in transit, but they were shipped with meticulous care and everything arrived in great condition. "I found a piece of machinery on EBAY for a good price. The machine is hard to find and it was in good condition. The only problem I had was the machine was in California and I live in North Carolina. The EBAY seller would not ship and was pick up only. I tried to find someone who would go to the EBAY seller's house, pick it up and pack it, and then ship to North Carolina. Through a google search, along came NAVIS Pack & Ship to the rescue. The customer service rep said they do this all the time and sent me a quote to do the delivery. After about three weeks my machine came to North Carolina packed like a baby in swaddling clothes. The machine was in great shape and no damage from shipping. If I ever need something shipped in this country or it seems like they will do the world, I will be contacting NAVIS Pack & Ship. All the people I was in contact with did a great job. The machine weighed about 300 pounds, about 20 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 30 inches high. My hat is off to a company that will do this. I had thought about seeing the country and picking the machine up, but when I figured gas, lodging, and treats to California and back I picked NAVIS Pack & Ship."
