"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- Paid 10K for this...Movers delivered my furniture broken with my mattress strapped on the outside of the truck across the country. They mislead you on how much it will be and then charge more once items are on the truck. The items do not come on time and half my furniture didn't arrive at all. It has been 2 months and I cannot get someone to call me back to tell me where my items are."

"The truck was parked illegally, blocking a lane of a major street (3rd) in a no-parking zone, and our driveway, all day. Nobody was at the truck and we spent half an hour waiting. Then the driver was extremely rude to my wife. If you use these people for moving, their truck will probably get towed with all your stuff in it. Oh and the driver and other movers were not wearing masks."

"Absolutely the worst moving experience of our lives (and we've moved coast to coast and country to country, so we have a basis for our complaint). We were charged for services not delivered, numerous items of high value were broken, promises were made and not kept and no one seems to care. Beware of a moving company that does not offer Full (Replacement) Value Protection. I should have questioned why RoadRunner didn't offer this. Now I know it is because they don't want to be responsible for damages they cause! RUN!!!"
