"Unfortunately, we drove from Ventura to this store in search of a toddler wetsuit. We called prior to and asked if they had any C1 or C2 sizes in the store. Whomever answered the phone couldn’t be bothered to check for us because as she said, not all suits have sizing on them since they are used. She reassured us they had a large amount of wetsuits and plenty of toddler sized suits. Upon arriving in the store we weren’t greeted, or asked if we needed any help (we were the ONLY people in the store). Of course, there were no small toddler sized suits and the selection is small. I just called Simi valley play it again sports and the gentleman actually went to look, found the size we are looking for and has it on hold for us. I’d definitely recommend Ventura play it again sports or Simi valley!!"

The store is nice and organized, not crowded and messy like some other locations I've been to. Excellent customer service, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
