Reviews
"The ride itself was great and I feel like it's a must in San Fransisco but don't try to get assistance from the kiosk employee, she just kept telling me to look at the map and refused to answer my question by just repeating look at the map"
"Great experience. We recommend to buy the daily pass if planning to ride the rail multiple times $24 per person otherwise, a one way ticket will run you $8. We purchased the daily pass and enjoyed a mid day trip between Fisherman's Wharf and Union Square, and came back at night for a world famous Irish coffee at Buena Vista."
"A little busy to get on thr cable car, however we'll worth the wait. Get an uber if you want to get somewhere quickly. This ain't that."
"Famous Cable car (usually an hour wait line - get on at next stop if you want to get on the next cable car going out rather than wait that long but you’ll be standing) Street vendors, Ghirardelli chocolate factory near by, art galleries, museums, beach near by for swimming, restaurants. Pier 41 within walking 12 min distance. Bike rental options. Perfect spot to start."
"I loved this place and the views we had there, it was a one of a kind experience! The downsides were quiet annoying though.. We had to wait in the cold for around 1.5 hours, and then it took another 20 minutes in order for us to leave the place. It was very crowded and it took such a long time for the transit to leave. But! I loved the ride around the city and up the hill. Truly something you have to experience! Even though I loved the experience, I have to give it 3 stars due to the long waiting time."
