And I made a paintment 2 months late and my néw balance is 6000 as of DECEMBER 21. Just made 1000 payment and I should be at 5000. I BELIEVE ROBERT WHO IS THE GENERAL MANAGER, is very rude! SIMPLY DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR LOANS!"

"Very unprofessional, very pushy. They call us every week trying to loan us more money at a 35% interest rate! I keep telling them our goal is to pay off our high interest loan and move on. Now that we've finished paying our loan, I'm waiting for the title of the vehicle to arrive. It has been more than 2 months, and still I have not yet received it! When i called, the lady on the phone said "maybe go into dmv, maybe call dmv, I don't know". Very helpful. How do I track down a title in California when I sold the vehicle in hawaii, and while I'm currently living in Colorado? No one there seems to be able to help. Very unsatisfied from the very beginning, I will not use lendmark again, I highly recommend Not using them."
