"Came to this branch to open an account, provided, ss card, us passport, utility bills, car registration, insurance etc. then they said issue viewing credit, an hour later they can’t tell me the status. Left for the day and never heard from them, no call, email or even a text. A month later, called to ask about the status, they said sorry we canceled your application. Any reason why, don’t know. Worst service ever had opining a bank acct. Zero star."
