"The owner (male) is usually quiet. The lady - omg! Needs to simmer down a bit. She is loud and obnoxious commenting on every possible thing she sees and hears. Lacks professionalism. That being said, both times she promised/reassured that my parcels will make it earlier than the time frame I was looking at, she literally lied. When asked the best and economical way to send it, she suggested outside carrier and indicated I go to usps instead of coming to her. Lady please simmer down, and stop being loud and obnoxious and getting personal. You are annoying. You just lost a customer.."

"Love this postal annex! The owner and gentleman who helps her are so kind, patient, and helpful. I’ve been coming here for years. I have a mailbox with them. When they know I’m anxiously waiting for something to arrive, they call me to let me know something was delivered. Even if someone doesn’t put my mailbox number, they accept my mail. Prices are the same everywhere, but their customer service is what keeps me coming back."

"I drove to the postal annex. Waited in a slow moving line. One register open and 2 clerks spent 5 plus minutes on a 4 dollar transaction with the customer in front of me. The post office is fast in comparison. I was returning a package to Amazon and had packed the box with packing material. One label for the outside of the box and one labeled merchant use goes inside. Since the merchant has to scan the barcode, the box was unsealed. Rude clerk criticized me and wants 2 dollars to seal this very small box. I say no and she loses it and we start arguing. She is waving goodbye at me and blowing sarcastic kisses. They get paid by Amazon. And I'm a potential new customer. Not any more. There are many other ups drop off locations. Find one. I did."
