"I am never doing business with 360 or Express Notary Again they call out the blue you accept on time, docs complete, with No errors but can never Get Paid On Time !! Upset Still waiting on payments from 2 assignments since April 2023 and Its June now just Ridilous they never answer the calls even when your with their Clients!"

"Still waiting after almost 2 months with no payment from Express. Forced to contact the loss mitigation co that hired them… Only accepted the deal because I was already in the same neighborhood. If you’re a signing agent, NEVER NEVER NEVER accept work from signing companies. The majority of them are scam artists. Thankfully, I directed the Loan Mod company to read the reviews of their business practices from notaries so they are aware."

"Notaries and Title companies don't waste you valuable time. I ask owner to reissue at check to include my Name and Business name. She told me to cross out what was printed and write in what is needed. Which she should know as a notary that's fraud. Very poor customer service and very argumentative. High employee turn over."

"Horrible! Pay is 30-40 days out and after that you will get a weekly check! Meaning you never get just one check for a months worth of signings. Don't do it unless you have other streams. This Company will disappoint. If I could put "0" stars or change the stars to sad faces, I would!!"
