Had two appointments there with an intern that wasn't even sticking around past a couple months. Now they are hounding me for $6 and threatening me with collections. Unreal! Perhaps they are unaware that medical debt under $500 both paid and unpaid won't be reported on credit reports starting next yea"

"The lady I had an appointment with was wonderful, however the receptionist was horrible and unprofessional. She was short with me and rude. I asked to cancel and she was super short with me and I wanted to confirm and said “so is it canceled?” To which she replied “Well if that’s what you WANT” and I said “yes, thank you-“ and she hung up on me mid sentence. What a terrible way to handle a phone call. I hope she schedules an appointment for herself."
