Most notably, they put through warranty paperwork for a complete frame replacement for my road bike and did all the swapping work when it arrived. Super pleased. "I did some research online and had then ordered a bike here on June '21 during the pandemic and was told that I'd only receive the order on Nov '21. I was like "ughh.. that's a long wait" but I went and ordered it anyway. Two days later I ended recieving a call from these guys saying my bike is ready.... Turns out the guy before me cancelled his order! I got super lucked out. Asides from that, I'm a beginner, and I gotta say Bryce did an amazing job catering me by explaining the basics of riding, giving a test ride, and providing all the really useful info I needed for riding. His communication is very clear and precise. The other guys seem to be in the back most of the time working on servicing bikes, but they seem all dedicated to their work. The store will also deliver bikes to your home if your local to the area. I highly recommend you check out the store. The service is great here and Trek is a reputed brand."
