"I know covid has slowed everybody down but i have been sitting in line in the drive threw for 30 min now and Still have 2 vehicles in front of me. It is a wensday at 1:00pm. There is no reson why it should take so long when the loby is closed to customers. Other than this the employees are so nice here tho. Manager please improve this. Thank you!"

"You send me debit cards and i call and try to activate and there's a system error. Then I try enrolling into online banking and again a system error. I regret switching banks. Your system is incredibly slow, resetting a password can take up to an hour. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes staring at the password reset screen just loading. If youre looking for an up to date bank id go elsewhere."
