"TLDR: Return process for expensive socks charges a shipping and restocking fee My partner is a physician who bought 7 pairs of these for $140+ to help with foot pain and stamina while on the job. She tried one pair and they ripped at the toe after one day of normal use at the hospital. We contacted PRO Compression and they were happy to replace that pair and the experience was fine. We get it, manufacturer defects happen sometimes. She wore that replacement pair for a few weeks to see if they helped and ultimately decided to return them. She had only opened that one pair and the return process is why they’re only getting three stars. We have to pay for the shipping and they charge us a restocking fee… FOR SOCKS! The policy is on their website and clearly stated, but just baffled me when I heard how much she paid for socks and that she would be out even more money and time when the product didn’t help like she thought. I have a small company as well and we send shipping labels for returns to our customers and don’t nickel and dime them when it doesn’t work out."

"I was recommended these for a leg surgery, I can’t tell you how they have help my progress I completely would not be able to do what I’m doing today if I didn’t wear these socks. The styles they have fit your daily personality. This will be the only socks I will use know."

"I have ordered compression stockings that are meant to be delivered to Australia in 1-3 weeks, they have not turned up!!!! I have not recieved an update on the delivery tracking since the 21/01 (it is now the 29/01). They have taken my money, I have made attempts to contact the company and address the issue WITH NO response. I have also attempted to contact their delivery partners DHL for an update with nil success. Super un-professional WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Nil customer service once they get payment, not worth the hassle!!!"
