"Sales Person was katelyn My first time purchasing a firearm, she walked me through everything I needed to know. I took my FSC and passed within a couple minutes. She was really patient and answered all my questions. I had messed up a couple times on the paperwork, and she had helped me out I would recommend this place for a first time buyer. "I want to start out by saying that as a former Sales Manager, i recognize great talent & customer service. My wife and I had a really bad experience at Turners in Corona this weekend where we had a really badly trained manager on duty with a terrible attitude that would not bother to attempt to resolve an issue we had while trying to purchase ammo along with the store manager and another employee. They told us that there was nothing they could do and told us to leave the store. While Furious, I called this store and got Katrina (assistant manager). She, over the phone explained what could be done to fix our issue we were having, then invited us to the store so she could take care of it. Note: This is NOT a positive review on this store. I do not know the store that well. However, I am sure that if it's under leadership like this... well then.. you could imagine the work ethic of the rest of the staff. This is a positive review on this individual Katrina. She needs to be recognized for her OUTSTANDING communication as well as people skills. She is great in getting in front of a problem and taking care of it. This is now our new store. We will no longer shop with idiots. If you need something done at this store ask for KATRINA. SHE IS THE BEST!!"

"In total, I have bought 4 guns from this location. 2 hand guns, 1 shotgun and 1 bolt action rifle. Most of them being special order, high end weapons. With that said, I have had nothing but great experiences here. Is the wait long... yes! But what gun store isn’t right now? Good luck getting into any gun store in less than an hour wait in most cases. I support local business and overall, this is one of the best gun stores in Riverside. Just get quicker or hire more people and I’d give you 10 stars. Lol"
