"I usually buy my personal care products from Burlington because they fit my budget but today I was disappointed to see that I could not scan the product code to access product ingredient information through my Yuca app all the barcodes were covered with price stickers. As a cancer patient and a consumer I feel we have a right and are entitled to know what we are purchasing and what chemicals are in the products we are purchasing. So for my safety I decided not to purchase anything today."

"They have an abundance of beautiful items, from clothing to home good! I just finished recommending them to a family member who didn't know at about this. Just wish parents would watch their kids so that others can enjoy their shopping and the staff doesn't have to pickup after them."

"The worst part of this store is definitely the long line to checkout and pay. I'll never understand why stores will have multiple registers and only have one or two employees to check a customer out. I'm uncertain what their employee policy is and if there are more than 5 customers if they call for backup cashiers, but anytime I have gone to this store there's always a long line and it takes more than 10 minutes to pay for my items. There have been a handful of times that I leave the items at an empty register and leave because the line is too long and there is only one or two registers open."

"Lots of good prices slow at the checkout counter only one person with no sense of urgency which is annoying standing in a line full of toys on both sides and moving the line slow as hell. I'm not buying any of it your taking forever so yes there will be a small mess of stuff being thrown back in random spots sorry!"
