"First time visiting this store I was impressed because I finally found the ammunition I was looking 44 special. The store was very clean and well-stocked, I'm going to come here for my next firearms purchase. they offer protection plans for guns and I believe on-site gunsmithing very cool."

"They changed their hours suddenly. The hours were listed until 10pm, but now they close at 8pm. 02/08/2024 This place is absolute garbage. I call to cancel an order. They put you on hold and walk away, they aren't checking in on customers. You should see the in store experience, takes super long to be helped, no one knows procedure. Absolutely dissatisfied with my experience. I've managed retail for the past 10 years and they don't know what they're doing at this store."

"Absolute insanity how slow this place is at the gun counter. Both times we went and waited upwards of 3-4 hours to be seen despite the fact that there were only a handful of people in line waiting. The second time it was literally just to pick up a gun that was already purchased with all paperwork filled out the previous time. The employees are nice enough but don’t seem to have even the slightest morsel of concern for seeing customers efficiently, using the ticketing system that exists there for the line, or giving customers any sense of how long the wait will be whatsoever. You couldn’t drag me back to this store if my life depended on it."

"Honestly glad we have one of these stores in town finally, my only real complaint is they need at least two more people working the firearms and ammo counter at all times. They have to have two people at a time to “double check” paper work which makes the whole process take FOREVER. If there’s more then 2-3 people at that counter prepare to stand around for a few hours. With that being said best prices in town on stuff I want so I’ll be coming back for the foreseen future."

"If you love firearms and hunting this is the spot for you. Plenty of people at the gun counter which is always a problem at the other places but not at this location. Friendly staff throughout the store and it’s very noticeable. Great store and great team. The management is doing an outstanding job."
