"There is this African American guy I do not really know his name but most of the time he is there. So I have a pair of shoes that I ordered online and I was going to ask him if I was able to make my return there but while walking thru I found some shoes that I like and I was looking at them. Then, this guy yelled at me something and I did not really hear him so well so I grabbed the shoe from the stand and got closer to the guy to ask for availability on my size. I asked him for my size and he answer me pretty rude: yes mam but you can return that here. He even gave a chance to ask him anything about my return or about the shoes. What if I just took the shes to ask how to take care of them. This is not the first time I did not really like the way he takes care of me, last Sunday around 2 p.m. I also came to buy some Adidas shoes and he was also very rude. I just bought the shoes because he said that was the last pair he had and I really like them. He does not know anything about costumer service, he is very rude and does not have good manners to take care of people. I hope they do something about that. I thought that may be on Sunday he just had a bad day and that was it. But today the situation was the same, very poor costumer service. He needs to be professional."
