"I contacted them to file a claim. I spoke to John the representative of the insured & all I received was a condescending tone & very poor service. He was telling me I have no claim. Well it is not for him to determine that! He is a Broker & not the insurance company! Then I called back after hanging up on John cause he was just to rude to deal with! I then called back I asked 2 very simple things of the receptionist John's e-mail & the Insurance companies e-mail & she proceeded to stone wall me not offering me the Insurance companies e-mail only John's e-mail the guy I had just told to F--k off earlier. It's really disturbing how this Insurance agency stone walls those who seek to make a claim. These two people brought out the worst in me & I am upset with them & myself for letting it happen! It bring's me no joy to use foul language..."
