"Customer service is superb! I ordered a fastpitch bat over the phone, it was quick and easy. The bat arrived in 4-5 days. However, when I showed my daughter the bat she said, "uh dad, this bat is way smaller than my old one". So when I called them back about exchanging they understood and were very helpful and they guided me to a different bat because they were out of original one I ordered."
"I purchased a new bat from them recently. They did ship it quickly and the bat is a good bat. However, I don’t rate them high on professionalism or customer service. First of all, they advertised and allowed me to purchase a bat that they no longer had. Second, their email communication was poor. I received an email which simply stated “PLEASE CALL THE STORE REGARDING YOUR ORDER” along with their signature and no order details. When I called the store, they began to negotiate with me for a different bat. I chose to pause and then called back later to settle on a new bat and price. This was more like buying a car, but fine. The main reason for my review is that the bat was missing the 29/18 button on the end of the handle. I reached out to them expecting them to make it right. They told me that if it didn’t fall off in the packaging, I should contact the factory. I bought the bat from them and I don’t think I should have to be the one to contact the factory days after I ordered it. I am certain that it wasn’t in the packaging and I’ve given them weeks to kindly reconsider their approach, but they have not responded."
"If you are not ordering your bats and accessories from Bats Unlimited then you are CRAZY!!!!! They are ABSOLUTELY amazing to deal with and very helpful. I order a bat online Tuesday night for my husband that He wanted and he said was the right one for his league. I received an email Wednesday morning to contact them ASAP. I was dealing with Steve at Bats Unlimited and he explained to me that the bat i ordered was on back order and might not be in for a few weeks. Steve gave me some good advice as far as choosing the same bat only 27oz instead of 28oz and he made sure that i had the bat the next day, so my husband could use it in his weekend tournament. Thats Important because we ordered cleats from another company "who i can't name here" who canceled our order due to Not having them in stock even though their web site says they did. And after my husband spoke to them on the phone and they said they did have them stock, they took our money a second time and canceled our order a second time. It took 3 weeks before we got our money back. Anyways, Now here is the funny part, my husband picked the wrong bat and could Not use the bat that weekend. So Monday morning i made my husband call them back :) He dealt with Amy and John and by Thursday afternoon we had a New bat here that he could use... Yes we returned the wrong bat first but this all happened in less then a week. They are an AMAZING company to deal with and very helpful. We have now talked a few of our friends into ordering from them and we will continue to order through them. Thank you Very Much Steve, Amy, John and Bats Unlimited."
