"Outstanding service. When my order was out of stock they called me directly to ask if I wanted to cancel the order or wait for a future shipment -- about 11/2 months. They then called back in a week to say that my item was available early and will be shipped right away. It then arrived in three days! No other weight equipment company called directly when the order was either unavailable or back ordered. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you!!"
