"I have to say went there yesterday my husband bought a couple pair of shoes I wish I would have got his name, a young Hispanic man My husband probably tried on 10 pairs of shoes. He was so patient he was excellent. Great, customer. Then we went to the other side and purchase a couple of knives. The salesperson was so friendly and kind And she rang up our purchases and offered me to get the emails so I would definitely go back.."

"One of the worst experiences in customer service by far! All of the employees just stand around the cash register. I had to Interrupt their conversation so one of them could help me in the shoe department. As we were getting ringed up, my husband asked one of the employees. If the 10% discount was still going on, the employee ignored him. Jonathan, the store manager was too busy on the phone to answer our questions as well.when I asked for the number to customer service he provided me with a Spanish speaking brochure. Then he gave me an attitude for asking. When I asked what's your name he just pointed to his name tag."
