"Saturday night 11:30 pm it started as we were waiting help for my special needs son to simply be looked at after slip and fall that twisted his legs . we kept being pushed back.the nurses did not even come in and check on him after the first hour ..saw them sitting and talking to each other.I asked how long ?a male guy nurse said" the more important patient needing help" How would he know he has not yet been seen !! Stay at ur station sir you know nothing including being akind or comforting nurse.This place should be closed.ok now going on 7.5 hours had to ask repeatedly to how long can an x-ray take? Can my son have something for pain ??!! You got him on and off that bed 2 time for x-rays but nothing for pain.Turns out Both Legs were FRACTURED!! Poor GUY.They should retired that picture after 5AM and still NO HELP!! Doctor at desk just talking to each other..6 hours in this ER sad experience."

"Went in early morning for medical attention. The secretary/ nurse working the desk in back that took me to my room seemed generally irritated and was very rude. The actual doctor himself was vague when answering my questions. They administerd an IV and the nurse sent me out of the hospital with two small pieces of tape and my arm bleeding! I would highly recommend for anyone seeking medical attention professionally, to go elsewhere."

"Went in with chemical burns on hands, didn't even do anything except to take benadryl and it'll go away. 10+ years I still have the burns. Don't go there unless you have no choice."

"I wish I didn't have to give any stars at all. All staff no matter what shift in the ER are awful. Dr. Bradley and his nurses are the worst. The doctor walked out of my room because I didn't follow his "3 rules". His nurses weren't caring for me as well. He refused to treat me and then put in my paperwork I was being defiant. I celebrared when i found out this hospital lost your trauma license! The amount of trauma I was put through several times is horrific. I went over to Aurora where I was treated with compassion, seriousness. It where I was "heard'. They were able to diagnois with a rare blood infection and at the time was sepsis. So scary to know, I could have died from their lack of care. Definitely This wasn't my first negative experience with them."

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars if you’re black don’t come here run as far away as you can cause they don’t and won’t care about you getting proper medical attention. My daughter sitting here having several seizures and they still won’t give her medicine to calm her seizures down. A while back we had stop coming here because they locked me and my wife and kids in the hospital room and wouldn’t let us out essentially kidnapping us all because we brought our kids here to be checked out to clear our names with cps. There was no hold on us and we came here voluntarily to our surprise they wouldn’t let us leave after ruling out any child neglect we literally had to call the cps worker to get them to let us leave. Cps told them she wished other parents were like us and coming in to prove their innocence and she didn’t know why they would hold us hostage in the er. With all of that we tried to give them a second chance today because our daughter was sick and wouldn’t stop having seizures man were we stupid to come back here smh"
