The price was fair, and they sent me a picture of the machine for sale for my approval. I accepted. It arrived in great condition (clean, almost like new). It works fine. "I ordered my treadmill from Global Fitness back at the end of April 23'. They were communicative before and sent a picture of the treadmill (couldn't see the model number on the side of machine though) and everything looked good. Upon receiving the order, it was the wrong model treadmill and was different that what I paid for and ordered. After much back and forth with the company, they were not customer friendly to solve the problem without me jumping through hoops and dealing with shipping issues. I had to file a chargeback with my bank as they agreed I was sent the wrong model and my bank refunded my order. I was then trying to get in touch with Global Fitness to see if they want their product back and if so, to make arrangements for them to receive their product. They have not been communicative via email and phone calls, many voicemails left. I finally got in touch with someone about 3 weeks back saying that Global Fitness was disputing the chargeback that was already finalized and settled. What a pain and a mess! I think they are being difficult on purpose since they are not wanting to pay for shipping to have their product picked up, but maybe this review will get a reply...I would not recommend this company and there are many other better options on the market than this business."
