"Seems like the COVID-19 pandemic took a toll on I&I. They have a small corner inside a surplus store. Very little inventory and they will be online only starting mid March."
"I&I has been around for decades! Probably even before my teenage years, which is when I fist saw their ads in all the martial arts magazines. Top notch gear, especially for practitioners of Filipino systems."
"Went here to get my TMC serviced. I told them I wanted it serviced and if there's anything that's needed, just give me a call. We'll, a week later, still no call. In top of all that, there is no direct line to the shop, so getting in touch with them for any type of info is nearly impossible. Today I decided to go in and check it out....I was charged $20 with my TMC returned to me exactly the same way I brought it in, with paint residue. Did they service it? I highly doubt it."
"I do not know why this place gets so much negativity. They have a wide selection, average prices. If you are looking for cheaper go online to buy it(with shipping fees it turns out about the same). If you are in dire need of it then simply go to this store and chances are they have it. Good deals on pods, and the staff there are really friendly. Gunsmith on site is great, knowledgeable and is really fast at1. Taking apart your gun correctly.2. Inspecting your gun.3. Letting you know what is wrong.4. Fixing it & oiling the gun.5. Putting it all back where it belongs. The guy will explain to you what is wrong and essentially tell you what to look for so that the next time it happens you could fix it yourself. But hey, don't take my word for it. Go find out for yourself. I have been going there for the past year. No complaints on my end."
"Been coming here for years and never had a problem. Bought my kids Judo and Karate gi's at pretty good prices. I picked up a paintball gun, mask, tank, pod pack for $100. They gave me 90 days warranty, filled up my tank, made sure everything was good before I walked out. Good people."
