"TOO MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT I wanted to get a Moderna Booster shot, and this was the nearest location it was available. Their website wanted a LOT of information, swell, that meant less time in person at the pharmacy. But after I'd answered all of the questions, I was instructed to print a pdf there was a link for, which WOULD NOT WORK. Couldn't print it, couldn't save it, couldn't do anything with it. Next I got several text messages with links to do other things, not of which seemed necessary, but the link to a video to tell me exactly what would (but didn't) happen on the day I got the shot. Told to come early, log in telling them I was present, but wait until the time of my appointment before entering. that, too, didn't work, PAGE NOT AVAILABLE, CHECK IN AT PHARMACY. Well, for something we're being told it as important as people getting their vaccinations, there is just too much room for improvement with how making my appointment and getting vaccinated was concerned. The staff person who actually gave the shot was perfect in every way he should be, including the virtually painless injection."
