"I booked my room a month ago for a conference and was informed yesterday via email that my reservation was canceled due to an error. I was told i could rebook, but the cost is over 3x more expensive. Come to find out, they canceled because they wanted to "prioritize" the airshow guests. Unbelievable, that a company would treat customers this way!"
