"I was looking for something economical and a week in a kitchenette that was big and could have been quite good I couldn't turn the lights off every light needed to be on because of the cocroaches!! I couldn't sleep in the room well took a shower blew a cocroache out of my NOSE ! THAT WAS IT I WANTED MY REFUND DIDN'T HAPPEN! I LEFT ANYWAYS! GOT ME FOR $270 ."

"There was feces on towels, bed linens and the toilet still from previous guests. I used my points for a free night stay and they still ended up keeping my deposit stating I stole their dirty towels but I most definitely did not take them disgusting towels. I'll definitely be contacting choice hotels as I have worked for choice hotels in the past and have been a choice member for many years and have used many free night stays over the years and nothing of this sort has happened to me."

"I arrived at this hotel expecting the worst, I was having a rough evening and I didn’t need a terrible hotel experience on top of it. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a young gentleman, Brandon. This employee made me feel more than welcome and also put to rest every concern I had, fantastic service. The Room was clean. Noise level was much better than I anticipated. Bathroom needs upgrade and location is not the best. Overall exceeded my expectations."

"My room had roaches, it was dirty, outdated and questionable people walking around outside. A very dirty hotel. This is a part of choice hotels group? I’ll never stay in those group hotels again . The owners at this hotel should be ashamed . The pictures are definitely not the same as what’s pictured . They should’ve had a group photo of the roaches , because there are plenty of them. The hotel is also studio hotel or something, obviously owned by the same owner. The most disgusting hotel motel I’ve ever stayed in. They must be paying somebody off in the local town, because seems like the state and local inspector hasn’t even noticed how nasty and out of building code this hotel is."

"The lady at the check-in was very nice. There is snot and human feces spread all over the bathroom. The shower curtain has poop on it. The bed spread has a blood stain. The vent is hanging off and full of mosquitoes. The sound of the highway is deafening from the bed. The bed is miserable. Just don't. We ended up checking out and driving all the way back to Michigan in the middle of the night because we couldn't get another room anywhere else."
