"Really wanted to like this place - so much cuter than a chain hotel but ended up wishing we had stayed at a chain hotel after all. ☹️ There was nothing wrong with the rooms but the service was one thing after another. We booked and paid for our stay months in advance. First they lost our reservation, got in touch to reserve again then obviously lost it again because they booked someone else in our room and asked us if we'd move to a smaller room shortly before we arrived. We agreed but decided to shorten our stay. Tony was very apologetic and agreeable to all and at that point I had no intention of leaving a bad review (mistakes happen). He said he would refund the difference the next day or two at the most. More than a week later nothing. I called and asked him to take care of it by the end of the day and was told he would do it "in 5 minutes and send me an email receipt". Nothing, so I started calling every day. He stopped answering. Finally, 2 weeks after promised he processed the refund. I never did get the receipt."

"This Inn is a wonderful place to stay. It is quiet and out of the way. Cambridge is a very nice village to visit and everything you need is a short driving distance. The place is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area."
