"I took the bus home this afternoon and feel compelled to compliment our very kind and compassionate driver. There was a pretty frantic Mom w her toddler and she was a little panicked about being able to catch the bus. She had her toddler in a stroller but had to run back in to baggage claim to grab her bag. The driver took a knee and talked “bus talk” with the toddler until the mom came running back w her bag. I think she was upset w herself, almost in tears for deciding to leave her son on the curb w the driver, but he was so kind and calmed her and basically told her she was a good mom and everything was ok. We need more compassionate humans like this driver. Traveling solo w a toddler is a real strain and he stepped in to make it a little easier for her. I wish I could remember the driver’s name, but it was the 11:32 am northbound. He was an Angel."

"If you see one of these busses on the road, GET AWAY! Very unpredictable. My commute aligns with their route and I have had a concerning number of near collisions with this bus. I understand that driving a bus through SF is not easy but do yourself a favor and AVOID."

"Good news. Drivers awesome. Equipment new and excellent. Bad news schedule often unpredictable. My out bound is running 40 minutes late. And often people speak mindlessly in their cell phones. Better to share an Uber IMO."
