"If you like to be treated un-professional and discriminated for being a woman, then go here. I went in today to ask a notary question, because I had already went to the county recorders office and the notary, Robert, proceeded to chit-chat and talk about personal things with the customer in front of me. Therefore, I went next door to check on my pizza and when I came back, he was in the back gossiping with another employee and wouldn't come out to help. The woman working came out and called him, because now there were two of us, but he proceeded to pretend like he was busy in the back. After 10 minutes of this nonsense, I left. He obviously has a problem with women, but loved talking to the man in front of me. He really needs to retire or find another career. I live down the street, so I am in the shopping center several times a day, and I have lived their for 20 years, but never again, will I step foot in there."

"I have always had great customer service at this UPS Store. Today was above and beyond. I emailed an 11x17 newsletter to be printed and Robert got it done early (greatly appreciated) but more important he made sure it was what we wanted. Thank you, Robert! And thanks to the whole team."

"Dropped off my item on Sunday around 11am to pack and ship to Los Angeles area. Was charged $140! Come check on Tuesday, the item has never left. Asked to refund shipping cost - was offered 5% discount. Do not recommend anyone to ship from here"

"What a waste of time. I made an appointment two days ago to have a notary on an important document, fit the appointment in between work meetings, showed up and the notary wasn’t available. They had run to another store and ‘likely did not see the appointment.’ What is the point of making an appointment? I even went out of my way to this store vs a closer one given the appointment time fit best with my schedule. Poor customer service."
