"The people are great and nice. The parking lot is hard to find but is in a bigger parking lot and charges by the hour for your car to be towed here. Wanted to provide anyone who is having they bought here they are great just don't like paying $85 per hour while the car was here to avoid that big bill payout."

"Had very good service with Cars To Go Towing, Inc., today. I needed my car towed into my driveway because AAA would not do it, after dispatch said they would. I called Cars To Go Towing, Inc., and from the moment I called, the customer service was excellent. I was given a quote, and wanted to go ahead with it. They kept me informed of when my driver would arrive, but then they had to answer a CHP call before me, so I had to wait but they did not forget me and kept me updated. "Our U-Haul broke at a terrible time -- right after we had loaded it on a hot day. Gino came at the time the dispatcher told me he would, and calmly got us on the road after jump-starting our (very dead) battery. He explained what he was doing and what to look out for as we continued driving. He also asked us to text him to let him know we got back safely so he wouldn't worry. Luckily we got back in one piece thanks to Gino. Highly recommend! :)"
