Ascension St. Francis Hospital

"Ashley 3rd shift nurse, 12:20AM 3/8/2024, HIGHLY RUDE, SUPER MEAN, I asked if she can see about a puddle of water coming from the garbage can, NOT ONLY DID SHE GIVE ATTITUDE when I asked 2 be cleaned but She grabbed a white towel with ATTITUDE and cleaned it with her FOOT. THE WHITE TOWEL WAS YELLOW FROM WHATEVER WAS COMING from the garage Ashley did NOT DISINFECT NOTHING. HIGHLY UNSANITARY. ASHLEY took 10 MINUTES TO send someone to DISINFECT after ASKED BY MYSELF TO DO SO. Left his heart monitor off for 15 minutes then said hooking this up is more important than a puddle on the floor that I had 2 walk past. I FELT Totally UNCOMFORTABLE."

"This is a great place for great care by doctors who care. Thier urgent care is also great. You get seen quickly. Although it will take a while with getting results in so they get take care of you and release you."

"Took my aunt to the ER and the sliding doors didn't work. Had to push them apart and try to get a wheelchair thru them. Security just watched me struggle to get into the hospital. My 88 yr old aunt was admitted for the flu. 2nd night she was there, she called for the nurses about 10 times with no response. They discharged with oxygen. Didn't even get a wheelchair to the car...had to walk from 6th floor to the car. Get her home with oxygen which was empty! Won't be bringing her back to this hospital!!"
