They did the worst job imaginable packing a delicate lamp and it arrived in pieces. The inadequate amount of bubble wrap around the item was not even taped. This is shameful, sad and pathetic.""

"Worst customer service ever and price gouging. Placed an order to be delivered to this location for me to pick up. The order was shipped in two separate deliveries, something beyond my control. I picked up the first package with no issues. When the second package was delivered I went to pick it up and they charged me 20$. Absolutely ridiculous. 5$? Sure. 10$? Sure. But 20$ just for me to pick up a package that belongs to me that they held for less than 3 hours?! That’s insane!! DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE! Postal Annex will hold you packages for 5$ pick up fee."

"I don’t know why this place got such low star (probably old management) but my experiences have been excellent! The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I sent some docs to them and they already printed out before i came with a nice plastic envelope which i can stick into my packages! In other stores i would have had to beg for tapes. Love it"
