"Maggie is wonderful! We needed to sell our home during what we felt was the "off" season: November. Maggie visited our home in September and pointed out some things we could do to make the home more desireable. She provided a timeline/schedule for us so we could list the home in time for a November sale. After getting the home ready, Maggie's photographer took some amazing photographs which she then posted and also combined into a nice video presentation. She knew what kind of materials to provide to show the house in it's "best light." For instance, a "drone flyover" of the property would have been an unnecessary "fluff" expense. She knows what documentation is beneficial to aid a sale. Getting all our own inspections done let us know what we were working with and left no surprises for her or us. We listed the house on a Friday, and sold on Sunday for over asking. Way ahead of schedule! The escrow process is tedious but Maggie helped us through it and we closed a few weeks later. Remember she works for you. For example during escrow we asked her if it would be weird to ask the buyer if they wanted to buy a sofa. She got back to us and said the buyer wanted to buy the entire room of furniture and then some! This helped us greatly since we were moving out-of-state. Selling a home is stressful, but Maggie got us the price we wanted and made the process as enjoyable as we feel it could possibly be. Totally recommend Maggie and Cornerstone if you plan on selling your home."
