"(This review is strictly for the NeuroScience Part of the hospital) 5/5 stars! Some of the best service I have ever been given on a Friday morning! Was able to be seen and tended to all within 15 mins of getting to my appointment. The women behind the counter was completely professional and handled me with care and with a timely manner too. Very funny and friendly! 5/5 My visit with the nurse/ pre doctor / doctor.. apologize if using the wrong terms but they did phenomenal! Was seen quickly made sure I had all my questions answered and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully up to date with MRIs / CT scans and showing me results and what to do better to be better! 5/5 Overall one of the best visits I’ve ever had here! Thank you!"

"I literally come here from appleton. I've liked the doctor's across the board for my Family and I better here than anywhere else. I've never had an issue here. I delivered my child here. Dr calvello, Dr giesige, Dr fabricious, and Kris rn are absolutely phenomenal. We also really liked Dr Nicole schwendel pediatrician too."

"The administration here, especially the incompetent billing department, undermines the good work the medical staff are trying to do. I would suggest you avoid going to SSM if at all possible."

"Emergency room was a complete JOKE. I have been here for blood clots that they miss diagnosed as back pain...to me jost going for my PTSD and night tare's and have not slept in days... doctor tell me to go home and get some magnesium...???? What a CLOWN!!! I should have known better to go to that place after they killed my mom on a ventilator, 0 Stars for me!!"

"Went to the Emergency department for severe abdominal pain 5 days post op gallbladder surgery. Pain level was 9 or 10. Got in right away they checked my incisions said they look good did blood work. Then gave me some pain medicine. Helped for a bit then pain came back just as before. Bloodwork was fine they did a ct scan. Dr. Matthew P Lazio, MD came in and said everything looked fine on the ct scan and I was being discharged. I was still in intense pain. They gave me another dose of dilaudid and it did nothing. My husband told the doctor something isn't right and he just said I stopped taking my pain medicine to soon and need to be proactive on the pain management. Continued to be in pain and then they gave me (without telling me anything about what they where giving me) haldol and benadryl. An antipsychotic medication for a patient in pain. Nurse commented later I looked drunk. But in the discharge notes she wrote patient was feeling alot better when discharged. I was still in so much pain. I feel so dismissed and the more I read about haldol the sicker I get."
