"From agent to claim adjusters, service is No good. My car has been in the shop for almost a month. I Called Ricardo to see if he can help speed things up, but useless as a used doormat, rudely directed me to claims. I dont mind paying more for better service. Bottom line...your not in good hands with allstate. Check all the reviews"
