"I needed a dr.asap because of suffering from difficulty urinating I had been to the ER at San Antonio Hospital several times for a UTI in a period lasting about 6 to 9 months upon my final visit before making an apptt.with Dr Khai Do ,The ER doctor said"are you back again for that same problem " I replied yes he says" I'm going to do a CT. SCAN ON YOUR PELVIC AREA WHERE YOUR BLADDER IS". I'm thinking yep that's where urine comes from.right after he calls me into the other room (let's break from this explanation rt.noe describing this incident in his review area is angering me again for ~35th time I have described to my family and friends and the amount is only onvievable to anyone that was in perfect health kidneys were no where near THE SCOPEI will say that again NOWHERE NEAR the scope of KIDNEY DISEASE)OK CALLS ME INTO OTHER ROOM AND SAYS"I WANT YO SHOW YOU SOMETHING ,YOU SEE THAT ROUND SOLID WHITE MASS " as he points to the picture he has just taken of my pelvic area from what I gather it's my left ball joint then he says "you see that one " i can see he's pointing to the right ball joint solid white mass .I reply "yes '.then he says"you see that one in the middle "pointing to a solid white round mass between the two solid white tound masses(ball joints) .I m starting to get worried now .he says "that is your bladder I've never seen one look that before ITS CALOUS AND POSSIBLY HARD "YOU NEED TO SEE A UROLOGIST ASAP "AND I SAY "HOW DO I DO THAT"HE SAYS YOU ASK YOUR DR.FOR A REFERALL "AND ASKHIM TO LOOK ST THIS CT, SCAN " I SAY "I DONT HAVE A DR.,BUT I CAN GET ONE, BUT IM GOING TO TELL HIM(my future dr.dr.khai do)THAT AN EMEGENCY TOOM DR.AT SAN ANTONIO HOSPITOL DID A CT. SCAN OF MY PELVIC AREA AND IT SHOWS MY BLADDER A SOLID WHITE MASS AND THE DR.IS REQUESTING.THAT I NEED A REFERAL ASAP TO SEE A UROLOGIST " AND FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DONT MIND READING LONG REVIEWS AND ARE STILL READING THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID .BUT ON MY 1ST APPT.AS I BEGAN WITH MY VISITS TO THE ER. AND BY THE TIME (WHICH DID NOT TAKE LONG ZBOUT 20 SECONDS) I WAS WATCHING HIS HANDS HOLDING A PEN AND A NOTEPAD HE WASNT MAKING ANY NOTES.I STILL CONTINUED AND BEGAN TO TELL HIM OF THE CT .SCAN DONE THEN HE STARTD HOLDING UP ONE HAND SIGNALING FOR ME TO STOP TALKING I HAD PAUSED BUT YHEN I RESUMED AND SAID SGAIN YOU NEED TO LOOK AT YHE CAT SCAN THAT WAS DONE AT SAN ATONIO HOSPITOL A FEW WEEKS AGO PRIOR TO COMING HERE .I CAN GIVR A MULTITUDE OF DETAILS FROM THID POINT ON BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS I HSVE NRVRR IN MY LIFE HAD A DR.IVE ALWAYS BEEN A VERY HEALTHY INDIVIDUAL.I HAVE BROKEN A FEW BONES MOTOCROSS AND DESERT RIDING FROM THE AGE OF 14 TO 51 YEARS OLD (I WAS 55 YEARS OLD WHEN I WENT TO SEE DR DO) DURING THOSE TIMES EMERGECY ROOM DRS.WERE SUFFICIENT TO HANDLE MY BROKEN BONES.I M STILL TO THIS DAY DO NOT KNOW WETHER OR NOT HE SAW THE CT SCAN OR EVEN ATTEMPTED TO AUTHORIZE HIS OFFICE GIRLS TO GET ONE.OH I FORGOT IDID MUTTER OUT DO YOU NEED ME TO GET A COPY OF THAT SCAN OR ARE YOU GOING TO HE KUST PUT HIS HSND BACK UP SIGNALING FOR ME TO STOP TALKING AGAIN SS HE DID IN THE NEXT 4 YEARS OVRR SND OVER.HE WANTED ME TO JUST APPEAR ST MY APPTS .AND NOT TK TALK.SO I FELL INTO THAT MODE BUT NOT COMPLETELY BRCAUSE OVER THE NEXT 4 YEARS I BEGAN TO GET VERY ILL I COMPLAINED SBOUT OT BECOMING ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO URINATE I WANTED TO TELL HIM THAT IT GOT TO A POINT WHERESS I WOULD HAVE TO LAY DOWN AND NPROBE ST MY GROIN TO RELIEVE SOME OF THE PRESSURE SND TREMENDOUS PAIN THAT IT TOOK TO URINATE BUT THAT PART LASTED ONLY SBOUT 6 MONTHS SOON I FID NOT HAVE TO PROBE BUT IT STTILL PAINFUL AND DIFFICULT.NIE I HAVE A STATEMENT FROM A MD .PROFESSIONAL SAYING QUOTE" I AM SO SORRY MR.ATWOOD BUT SLL OF THE DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR KIDNEYS IS FTOM URINE BACKED UP FROM THST BLADDER STONE.WHEN ALL THIS CAME TO LIGHT THE FACT THAT I WAS IN LATE STAGE 4 CKD AND GOLKS BY YHR WAY URJNE CAUSED IRREVERSABLE DSMAGETO YOUR KIDNEYS .THE NATIONAL KIDNEY HESLTH FOUDATION PUT ON THE PAPER THAT DR KHAI DO REPORTED THAT STUART ATWOOD HAS LATE STAGE 4 CKD THEY PUT STUART ON A HOSPITAL VI"

"I am utterly surprised to know that this clinic is still in Business. The Staff there are very rude, so unprofessional, so unhelpful and very unethical. The front office girls don't seem to be interested in their job and neglect the patient's needs. The doctor is the worst doctor in the world. Avoid going to this place. You will regret it. Minus 5 star, below zero."

"As far as clinic go is a really nice please. The staff is awesome Every time I had a question they fully answered. As well as when I call and needed something they were always willing to go that extra mile to help me get what it was I needed. I truly can appreciate that Dr.Kai is very straightforward and to the point and doesn't beat around the Bush, I appreciate that."

"IF i could give zero reviews I would. First staff LUPE (I doubt that is her name)is really rude couldn't even answer simple questions without an attitude. when asked if she was in a bad mood she said yes I am. Doctor couldn't see me because his license was expired. I just wanted to know if he would be able to see me or not and staff made this impossible. Haven't seen the doctor and its already a horrible experience."

"Unprofessional, rude, I felt like I was being treated by someone who's not familiar with the Hypocratic Oath. I would not recommend even someone with a mosquito bite to see him. He yelled at me on more than four occasions. I switched doctors today. Better to switch then to lose temper. Don't go to this guy. Hope his practice dries up..... he's very lucky I had to pick ONE star...he ain't worth it. We also requested ALL of our (wife and I) medical files. He has yet to transfer. Garbage collectors have more elegance than this boneheaded eraser head."
