"Customer service is trash. Walked in a few minutes late. They Didn't check me in. I had to check myself in. Appt was at 9 am didn't see the doc till 930. On top of all this the receptionist had an attitude. I only wanted my lab results but apparently they can't mail or email them to me. What doctors don't do either for their patients in 2021 covid times. The doctor had a good attitude, which is why I'm giving this a two star, but everything else, sucks."

"The doctor turn over is high, just when I got comfortable with one, I got another, she was good, then she left, so I go to see the 3rd doctor, waited over 1 1/2 hours to get into waiting room only to be told it would be another 1 1/2 hours, so I came back the following Friday only to be badgered and denied a simple prescription ,and acted like she didn't care if I ever came back or not, I just hope the owner is aware how bad his staff is, I'm searching for a new facility, that actually cares"

"First time I was their the front desk called my name and another lady with the same first name got up before me and told her all my business out loud everyone heard I was so embarrassed second time I went for lab result I was their st 1:45 my appointment was at 2 doctor was apparently running errands at the bank and I waited in the room until 2:45 only for her to rush me out... I will never go back"

"Office staff is fine. Referrals take too long and I'm suffering in pain. Doctors don't like to give you anything for pain. I saw Dr. Sohra Salamati Pour in the Montclair office on Holt 4 weeks ago about pain I had been having for 2 weeks. I told him it might be a hernia, but he dismissed my worries because I have a history of back pain. He gave me a shot that did NOTHING for the pain. He basically scolded me for not waiting to see my primary doctor, but she was not in and I was had been in pain for a few weeks and that was the day I was available to see a doctor. I have already been taking ibuprofen, but he prescribed it anyways, but it gave NO relief. I saw my primary instead and she ordered an ultrasound. Turns out I do have a hernia, and it took 4 weeks later to confirm it because this doctor didn't listen to me."

"I have nothing but positive remarks to state about my child's doctor Sohrab Salamati and Holt Medical Center. The doctor and his Medical Assistant staff are cordial and efficient every time I go there for services for my little daughter. They have taken a special interest in her welfare, which makes going to doctor's appointments fun for her and painless for me. The office clean and friendly and always efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this doctor and medical center to anyone looking for comprehensive medical care--particularly for an infant, toddler, child, or adolescent. Finally, the office staff and doctor are bilingual; therefore they are able to service Spanish speaking clients as well as those of any culture."
