"I’ve had gotten my services from them and at first it was good and all, then recently I missed my payment and the insurance cancelled my policy and that’s fine, I go in there and the attitude of these employees is just ridiculous, so I’m keeping my calm, mind you I’m paying for my car and I need full coverage I get there and the guy who helped me goes “wow you have 8 points in your license” mind you all LOUD! While there’s people in there like they don’t need to know my business but to me I was like how? If I have so many points then my license would be suspended right? Okay cool he goes insurances aren’t accepting anyone so the best I can advice you is get liability so I go? Okay? And when I asked for payment he goes you’re looking at to pay 400-800 for Liability? So I denied and I go to the dmv online and get my record and no points are shown ? And I was able to get full covered by Farmers insurance with rental! And I’ll be paying $200 a month? I didn’t have to pay no down payment? And my car is full covered ? I don’t do reviews but I was just embarrassed of how the guy and the girl were being so loud stating I have 8 points? And that’s why insurances don’t want cover me? How does that make sense? Then again there making commission but Come on now update your system because clearly I contacted the dmv and they said I had no points? So who should I believe ? Anyways save your time and just contact the insurance personally don’t go through brokers."

"SR 22 Insurance was to change my license from Texas . I spoke with a customer service agent and was directed that the agent could assist me and scheduled an appointment for 130pm. I get there early and the agent that is scheduled to meet with me is leaving for lunch ( wierd but Stuff happens). The young man assist me we set the policy up and within a few hours we are done 06/13/23. I go to the DMV get everything taken care of only to find out that I was wrongfully informed and did not need SR 22 on 06/20/23. Called the agent first this on 06/21/23 to cancel the policy got an appointment time for noon. Went into the off8ce to speak with the agent I initially signed up with but he was heading to lunch (outside sitting on his cycle). The agent that I was scheduled to meet with on the 13th was on duty. She had a very dismissive attitude. I informed her of the mistake and told her I would meet this coverage and explained everything . She spoke as if I was trying to get over on the system and informed her that was not the case . I am not trying to play with my freedom. She canceled the policy told me she could not charge it back to my card because of policy they would be mailing me a check in a few weeks minus the agency fee. She was very curt during the cancelation process and more dismissive that initially. I ask her why was she being so dismissive and that there could still be a possibility for a future business relationship. She said that was up to me and she would advise that I keep the policy it is just a small amount of money. It was a wierd exchange."

"THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW!!!!!! They are scammers. This company takes your money and passes out poorly constructed insurance plans without executing proper knowledge of the law. Nor do they work with repritable companies. This business should be shut down immediately. If you have a plan with them you should worry. If you don't keep looking for a real insurance company because this is not one!"
