"Working there wasn't ideal workers stared and acted funny no one comes in any job perfect!! You don't no what people going through in life but you continue hiring people who lacks respect for people everyone is not supposed to look or sound alike and when u don't fit in the looks and whispers begins..."

"This property puts service, back into the service industry! The Mrs & I are about a 10X return leisure customer here. We were WOWed once again on this weeks stay. ( we tend to travel off peak) I don't know where the Milwaukee location gets these engaged, professional, happy employees ?! (We've been to approx 10 Kimptons in the USA , and travel in hotels approx 80 nights a year.) Its an expense, but many Hotel operations have a well furnished, and appointed facility; this staff separates them from all. Thank you Journeyman Team, you should be proud."

"Good hotel in a nice part of town. The lobby and roof top bar have a great vibe and it is amazing to enjoy the sunset. What I did not like but not sure how it can be improved 1 noise from closing doors - they slam really hard and it is not unnoticeable especially if you are a light sleeper. Be prepared to have earplugs with you. 2 shower head was sprinkling everywhere and there is no shower door so you may be quite cold after shower. Apart from that, all was good"

"5 stars across the board - great rooms, plenty of space. Food was delicious and the roof top bar was popping on the weekend. Great service, I love that they had a whole list of things available if needed - I mean, they even had a breast pump and a breast milk fridge! Really impressed.with the location, also dog friendly."

"This is one of my all time favorite hotels now. The location is perfect - next to shops and restaurants and gorgeous antique buildings that have been beautifully maintained. The staff is super friendly and it’s the perfect location if you have your dog with you. Plenty of grassy areas with sidewalks and the neighborhood the hotel is in is full of friendly dogs and dog owners. This is a dogs dream vacation location. (Also of note the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable :)"
