"Classic Dells Motel on the edge of town, but not far away from town. Quiet and peaceful. Big fire pit, pool, several barbeques, large play ground, and large grassy area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple, but very clean rooms. It was cold outside both times we stayed there, but the room heat was great. Very adjustable (has a remote!) and heated up Room #4 fast."

"Was looking for last minute reservation with the family and this motel came up on the search. Very friendly staff and the manager was super helpful with our needs/questions. If you are visiting the Dells, make sure to try out this place as you will be happy with your stay."

"The shower fluctuated between ice cold and scalding hot every 40 seconds, both of us experienced the same at different times of day. The key cards stopped working, so we couldn’t get in the room and no one was in the office. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no one in the office. When it was time to check out, no one in the office. A lot of the other guests were rowdy, loud and rude. Someone even spilled a bottle of BBQ sauce all over my car and didn’t care to clean it up."

"We chose the hotel because of the price, and it served our needs. There were no bugs: no cockroaches, no bedbugs. It was a bed with clean sheets at a reasonable price. There were a few minor issues, but it's always a tradeoff for price, which makes it a good value. The management went above and beyond to try and rectify any issues, and they were very kind. Someone complained in one of the reviews about the carpets being dirty, which is not a fair complaint. The parking lot has fresh asphalt, so people walk on that, and then walk around in the rooms. So people are complaining about a problem that they are creating themselves. The motel was recently taken over by new management, and they really seem truly committed to making it better, and a pleasant stay for everyone. I am rooting for them."

"This isn't like the other hotels in area. Growing up in a small town, it reminds me of a small town atomsphere, located in a large touristy place. You don't seem like a number, as they treat you like an actual person instead. Kids and I had fun in the pool, which is well maintained. They have a nice little area outside for families to hang out. Rooms are clean. My kids get a bit overstimulated at Dells, so this is perfect place to come back to and unwind, yet very close to go to downtown area where it's busy. It's got that small ma and pop attitude, as the owners and their family interact and check to make sure your enjoying your time there, treating you as of you were a visitor at their home, rather than staying at a hotel.
